As you can tell by the name, this involves quite a bit of chopping to make some absolutely delicious salsa. But it is totally worth all the effort!
Chop tomatoes into 1/2-inch-sized pieces.
Chop green onions.
Chop olives.
Okay, now you’re done chopping.
Combine chopped tomatoes, green onions, olives and green chiles in a serving bowl.
Add garlic salt, vinegar, and oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight so all the flavors mix and blend together.
You may want to drain the excess juice released by the tomatoes or serve with a slotted spoon to prevent soggy tortilla chips.
