Traditional guacamole using queso fresco. You won’t be able to stop eating it.
Halve, pit and peel avocados. Spoon avocados out of their peel and mash with a fork. Add pico del gallo, crumbled queso fresco (white Mexican cheese), and garlic salt to taste. I add extra chopped cilantro, but it’s optional.
Makes a huge batch!
Get a big bag of chips and dig in! So good, it’s scary.
