Description
Can you make Bean Dip better?? Yep, here it is.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Refried Beans
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips, 12 Ounce Bag
Preparation
Mix beans, cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning with a mixer. (You can do it by hand, but I find a mixer makes it smoother). Put half the mixture in an 8 inch pan. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top. Place remaining bean mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with chips. Dive in!

Made this tonight!! Can’t wait to taste it. Mine didn’t get too creamy … perhaps I should’ve let the cream cheese get more to room temp. I had a lot of cooking to do; I was in a hurry. Thanks for an easy dip!
