This couldn’t get any easier!
In a medium sized pot bring water to a boil. Add the Sweet potatoes and cover. Cook 15 minutes or until the potatoes slide easily off of a fork.
Drain water. Mash potatoes with a fork. Add the Maple Syrup and the Brown Sugar and whip with a hand mixer until smooth. Add Cinnamon and Ginger to taste.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
