A very yummy veggie pizza that I use as an appetizer/finger food for parties and just for snacking. The great thing about it is you can use what ever veggies and seasoning(s) you like. I’ve also had it with dill and it was very yummy.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the crescent roll to make a large rectangle; make sure there are not any gaps in the seams. Bake the pizza crust for about 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
While it’s baking, mix the cream cheese and dry ranch dressing together; set aside.
You can use the pre-cut veggies or chop up the veggies.
Let the pizza crust cool. Once cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust and then put the veggies on top. Cut into 12 squares. Store in the fridge if not serving right away.
Enjoy.
This can be easily doubled to use a full sheet cake pan to bake the crust.
You can also cut the squares into triangles.

Oh my, I have this recipe too, a friend of mine forwarded it to me via an email from her sister years ago.
It is a HUGE hit at parties, I have actually had requests for it before. You can go even crazier and remove the ranch dressing and just use your own spices for the mixture. It is delicious!
