This is a recipe my Aunt Shelley is always required to make when coming to family outings. It’s a must with our family! It’s usually gone in about 30 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together by hand, shape into ball. Leave some of the beef out and roll the shaped ball into the beef to cover and for presentation! Let chill in the refrigerator. (I usually make this the day before and let it sit overnight).
Serve with crackers!
