Creamy, rich, and ohhh so easy!
Preheat oven to 400F.
Peel, wash, and slice potatoes and put into a 9×13 pan. Pour the heavy whipping cream over the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (personal preference on amount used). Place pats of butter on top of seasonings.
Bake for 45 minutes till bubbly and the top is a nice golden brown. If the top starts to get too dark before potatoes are done, place a sheet of nonstick foil loosely over the top for remaining cook time.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, as the cream will thicken.

Thanks! I also like to sprinkle on some sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, & chives–just like a loaded baked potato!

This is a family favorite. We usually use two bags of frozen hashbrowns and just add salt and pepper. It’s super easy and yummy. Thanks for sharing.
