Soft, spreadable tasty feta appetizer—always gone in a flash!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In an oven proof serving dish, place the block of feta cheese. Top with olives, tomato, peppers and oregano. Drizzle VERY LIGHTLY with olive oil (the kalamata olives will give off some more oil while cooking, so put less than you think you should). Bake at 425 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes until soft and spreadable. Serve with warm flatbread pieces.
This can also be cooked on the grill: place the ingredients in a grill-safe metal serving dish, cover with foil, place on the grill for 30 minutes, and serve.

I just made my first batch of homemade feta cheese and it turned out great. This sounds like the perfect way to enjoy it and really highlight the cheese. I’m so excited!
