A fast, easy appetizer that’s sure to be a hit! It’s simply made by spreading cream cheese onto slices of ham (I use the pre-packaged lunch meat kind).
1. Soften the cream cheese for ~5 minutes in a bowl of warm water.
2. Take 1 slice of ham and place it on a cutting board. Pat it dry with a towel. Spread an even layer of cream cheese over the entire surface of the ham.
3. Roll the ham slice up like rolling up wrapping paper. Slice into 3/4″ bites. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you are out of ham slices. Serve with toothpicks. Enjoy!
