Ranch Cheese Ball

Allow cream cheese to soften 10 minutes or more at room temperature.

In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch dressing mix (comes in powder form) with a fork until completely mixed together. Form into a ball.

Pour seasoned pepper onto a sheet of wax paper. Roll the ball in the seasoned pepper until completely covered. Serve with crackers.

This recipe can be made in advance, but don’t roll in the seasoned pepper until right before serving. Can be doubled easily.

The cream cheese and ranch mixture also works wonderfully in stuffed jalapenos!
