The real deal! You will not be able to keep your hands/chips/crackers out of this bowl of wonder. I like to eat it for lunch!
Combine corn, black-eyed peas, avocados, cilantro, tomatoes, and green onions in a bowl.
In a separate bowl or shaker, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin. Mix well and pour over the salsa. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers. Enjoy!
