Quick, low fat version of quick but high fat dip!
Drain and save the liquid from one can of garbanzo beans.
Place the garbanzos, tahini, yogurt, garlic and lemon juice in a blender and blend well, adding liquid from the beans one teaspoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Add salt and cumin. Blend again until thoroughly smooth and creamy. Adjust seasonings. Refrigerate until well chilled. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with pita chips or chopped vegetables for a glorious dip.
