Ground turkey combines with classic buffalo wing flavors for a neater snack than the traditional buffalo wing but with all the flavor as the classic.
Combine ground turkey, 2 tablespoons wing sauce, shredded cheese, bread crumbs, diced celery, chopped chives, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs (about 48 pieces).
Drizzle olive oil over the surface of a large frying pan. Heat over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs in small batches (about 12 in each batch). Turn occasionally to brown on all sides, cooking for 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish (keep warm in the oven).
Combine remaining wing sauce and melted butter. Mix well and pour over the browned meatballs. Top with blue cheese crumbles and serve with blue cheese dressing and carrot sticks.

Have you ever tried baking these in the oven? If so how long and at what temp?
