For those who find canned enchilada sauce to be lacking, try out this easy and delicious recipe!
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pain and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Note: I personally like my enchilada sauce with a thicker consistency. If you prefer a thinner sauce, replace the water with chicken or beef stock and omit the gravy powder.
