Made this with dinner last night as a side dish to roasted pork tenderloin. I made a couple of changes, just because of what I had on hand. I also baked in a 10″ pie plate rather than 9×13. It was sort of bread like, sort of quiche like – I thought it was really good. Easy to make, too. Thanks for the recipe!
