A great side dish for any meal!
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Clean and chop the broccoli into long stems.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper.
Place the broccoli mixutre on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and add parmesan cheese if desired.
