Add some smoky flavor to your next bowl of guacamole!
Have your grill or grill pan heating up. Cut avocado in half and remove the seed. Brush avocado with oil and place on the grill flesh side down. Let cook for 2–4-minutes. Once cooked, remove and let cool.
Once cooled, add avocado to a dish and break it down a bit with a fork. Place all vegetables and seasoning and mix.
Lastly, add lemon and mix one last time. Serve or store in a glass container!
