Saeng Chae (무생채) is a Korean side dish made from radish seasoned with garlic, gochugaru, and fish sauce.

Sprinkle the salt over the shredded radish. Toss to coat and set aside for 5 minutes.
Add garlic, green onions, gochugaru, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and sugar. Toss to coat well. Just before serving, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
