This herb popcorn is so easy you almost don’t need a recipe! But I bet you won’t regret making it!
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add salt, Italian seasoning, and a few popcorn kernels. Cover the pan and wait until kernels pop, and then add remaining 1/2 cup of kernels.
As kernels pop, open the lid a bit to allow the steam out. The kernels will pop very rapidly at first, then slow down. Once there are about 2 seconds between pops, remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.
Drizzle butter over popcorn and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve immediately.
