Description

A simple and delicious appetizer with only 2 ingredients! This is a staple in our house for get-togethers!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14-16 Oz. Package) Pre-cooked Kielbasa
  • 1 loaf To 2 Loaves Frozen Bread Dough, Thawed (See Note)

Preparation

Note: the amount of dough you will need will depend on how much bread you like around the kielbasa, and how big you cut the kielbasa pieces. It’s impossible to get wrong, so just estimate. :)

Cut the kielbasa into rounds, and cut the rounds in half so you have small half-circle pieces. Wrap a small amount of bread dough around each piece of kielbasa and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until bread is browned on top. Serve with mustard.

This can also be made with pepperoni slices and served with warmed pizza sauce.

Great appetizers! I wonder if there’s a specific type of bread that is best for these – the frozen bread dough that I used didn’t want to stay closed around the kielbasa when baking. Still good though. Will definitely make these again.
