Beetroot bars without sugar, full of omega-3 acids, iron and vitamin C. With seeds, nuts, and bananas. Bars have a little bit of sweetness, so it will be a perfect healthy dessert.
Heat oven to 180ºC (355ºF).
Put beet and bananas into a blender and blend. Add oats, honey, and nuts. Blend again, but don’t fully blend oats and nuts.
Put baking paper on a baking dish (20 x 20 cm). Pour base mixture in and smooth out the surface. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven.
Mix all ingredients for the topping and transfer on top of the base. Smooth out the surface and bake for 15 minutes or longer, until surface browns.
Let cool. Cut and enjoy.
