Given to me by a friend, these little things will go fast at any get-together! My husband says they taste like pecan pies. It makes a bunch, so enjoy.
Melt butter, margarine and sugar on top of the stove. Stir around and let it cook for about 3 minutes but DO NOT let it boil.
Remove from heat and add vanilla flavoring and pecans; stir well.
Line cookie sheets with Club Crackers and spoon mixture on top.
Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Once cooled, you can store these in airtight containers.
