Description

These chocolate protein balls are a brilliant source of quick protein and make a great sweet snack that’s also healthy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 4 Tablespoons Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • ⅓ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Place rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, nutmeg and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Add peanut butter, vanilla extract, honey and chocolate chips and stir together until mixture starts to combine.

Get your hands in the mixture and start shaping into balls by rolling portions between your palms. If the mixture seems a little too dry, add a couple of drops of water.

The mixture should make 12 evenly shaped balls. These need to be placed on a baking tray and then refrigerated for at least 30 minutes to stiffen up.
