Roasted asparagus with lemon and garlic! A delicious dish ready in 15 minutes. A great side dish for any meal! Perfect for when company is coming!
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Trim the rough ends of the asparagus. Place on a roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat the asparagus spears. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
Roast for 8–10 minutes.
Note: If asparagus spears are thick, I trim the ends and peel the asparagus.
