Crispy, delicious and healthy!
Preheat oven to 100ºC to 110ºC (about 215ºF to 230ºF).
Make sure potatoes are completely dry. With a sharp knife, slice potatoes lengthwise, not be too thin, about 0.5 to 1 cm.
Place parchment paper to an oven tray. Add potatoes and olive oil. Be careful not to get any other liquid on the potatoes. Use your hands to coat all the slices with olive oil. Line them in a single layer, not too close to each other. Season with salt and bake until gold and crispy.
Sprinkle oregano and grated Parmesan on top. Enjoy!
