Baked Spinach Dip

Description
This warm, rich and creamy baked spinach dip makes the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer at your next party
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced Or Pressed
- ½ cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cups Shredded Asiago Cheese, Plus More For Topping
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 10 ounces, weight Chopped Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Drained
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except spinach, and mix until well blended. Add spinach and continue to mix until fully combined.
Pour mixture into a small casserole dish (about 3 x 3 inches). Sprinkle some shredded Asiago cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
