These Mixed Berry Kombucha Gummy Snacks are made with fresh berries, kombucha and just a touch of agave syrup, making them the healthiest gummy snack around!
Puree berries in a high speed blender or food processor. Pass through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove any seeds. You should have about 1 cup of fruit puree.
In a small pot over very low heat, warm the kombucha gently for about 1–2 minutes (do not boil). Gradually whisk in gelatin until dissolved (kombucha will fizz slightly). When gelatin has dissolved completely, quickly whisk in fruit puree and honey or agave.
Pour mixture into molds and chill for 1–2 hours or until solid. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
