Top your yogurt with this crunchy and sweet granola, or enjoy it plain as a snack.
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Line a nonstick rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay oats in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and transfer to a large bowl. Add corn syrup, honey, coconut flakes, and pineapple chunks. Stir well to incorporate; it will be sticky.
Place back on lined sheet pan and spread out. Bake 10 more minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
Break into pieces and place in an airtight container until ready to serve. I always store it in a cool dry location (like a pantry shelf). It can also be refrigerated.
We love this on top of yogurt in the mornings. Enjoy!
