These Cheddar Sausage Balls are savory, full of flavor, and perfect to serve to a hungry crowd!
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line 2 large baking pans with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Crumble, drain, and add to a large bowl.
Add baking mix, cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper to sausage, stirring well. Slowly add milk until mixture thickens.
Form dough into small balls and place onto prepared baking pans. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
