In a large non-stick skillet, add the oil. Heat over medium-high heat and then add the chorizo. Cook for 4–5 minutes or until lightly brown on all sides. Add the wine and reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the wine has reduced. Serve the red wine chorizo bites in the leftover sauce with fresh bread and enjoy immediately!
