Description

A creamy, flavorful dairy-free alternative to traditional Buffalo dip. Perfect for parties or on game day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) White Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 cup Cashews, Soaked In Warm Water For An Hour
  • ¾ cups Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Optional Toppings: Blue Cheese Crumbles, Chopped Celery

Preparation

1. Add all ingredients (except toppings) into a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth. You may need to stop the food processor and periodically scrape down the sides.
2. Pour into a serving bowl and top with desired toppings.
3. Store covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
