A sweet and savory salt made with curry, lime zest, dried mango and crushed red peppers. Perfect sprinkled on rice, shrimp, chicken or quinoa.
In a bowl, add salt and vegetable oil and mix until well combined. Add curry powder and red pepper and mix well. Stir in dried mango and lime zest. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place. Break up any clumps before using.
