These sweet and crunchy candied nuts will take you right back into the mall during Christmas time. Simple to make and slightly addictive. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
Preheat oven to 250 F. In a medium-sized bowl whisk together the egg white and water until frothy.Then toss the nuts into the egg white mixture until fully incorporated.
Combine the brown sugar, white sugar, cayenne and cinnamon in a large zip-lock bag. Add the coated nuts and shake around until all the nuts have been fully covered in sugars.
Dump the nuts onto a cookie sheet. Try to spread them out as much as possible, as you don’t want the nuts to touch each other if they don’t have to.
Bake them in the oven at 250 F for 40-45 minutes, tossing them once or twice throughout. Remove from the oven and let them cool down. Package and enjoy!
