Description

Yummy, creamy and tastes like the south.

Ingredients

  • 30 ounces, weight White Or Yellow Hominy
  • 4 ounces, weight (Small Can) Chopped Green Chilies
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with Pam.

Drain hominy. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. You can add another can of chilies if desired.

Pour in the sprayed casserole. Heat in the oven for 30 minutes or till bubbly all the way through.

Oh so good.

my daughter in law made this as a side dish this thanksgiving . It was a hugh hit!. 5 oven mitts. it is a keeper. yum!
