Description

Delicious shrimp for family and friends gathering before the holiday!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 whole Limes, Zest And Juice, Divided
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 pounds Frozen Large Shrimp, Thawed, Deveined, Pre-cooked
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (optional)
  • ¼ cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (Optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF. You will need two 9″ x 12″ nonstick baking sheet pans, or liberally use cooking spray to coat sheet pans.

In a large mixing bowl, add panko, smoked paprika, black pepper, lime zest, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well with a fork. Add all shrimp and coat well.

Place coated shrimp in a single layer on the two sheet pans. I can usually do one batch but if necessary, make it in two batches. Bake 6–8 minutes. They will be golden brown and smell wonderful!. Remove from oven and place on serving platter.

For the dipping sauce (optional), in a small bowl, add sour cream, lime juice, and coconut flakes. Stir, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Delicious and easy! Enjoy.
