A quick and easy yet elegant appetizer made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Place 4 fig halves on each serving plate. Take the slices of prosciutto and tear each into 4 pieces and wrap a piece around each fig half. Sprinkle on the Stilton and chopped walnut pieces. Drizzle with a tiny bit of olive oil (like a teaspoon on each plate) and then drizzle with a tiny bit of vinegar too (a few drops). Serve immediately and listen to your guests tell you how much they love you!
