Rice is a staple in the South and we learn many ways to incorporate it into our meals. This is a very tasty side dish, full of beef flavor and onions made in a rice cooker. Couldn’t be easier!
Spray the bottom and sides of your rice cooker with a vegetable oil such as Pam (I use canola oil spray). Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then pour into your rice cooker. I turn it on and it cuts off automatically. Usually takes about 20 minutes to cook but refer to your rice maker instructions.
