Description

This is the best salsa ever made! I hate regular salsa, but I could drink this stuff!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 Oz.) Diced Or Peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 Oz.) Rotel
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 bunch Cilantro (leaves Only)
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes

Preparation

Put tomatoes and Rotel in a food processor. Pulse till well chopped and mixed. Add remaining ingredients except cilantro. Pulse well.

Break cilantro leaves off stems. Add leaves to the mixture and pulse lightly. Ready to serve or refrigerate for up to 4 days.

(Spiciness depends on how many red pepper flakes you use. Also, the longer it sits, the hotter it gets.)
