There’s nothing like a good classic guac—creamy, spicy, tangy, colorful.
Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a mixing bowl. Coarsely mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently until well blended. Spoon into a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap placed directly on the surface of the guacamole. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Serve with pita chips or crackers of choice.
