Delicious, crispy, flavorful sweet potato fries. These are way better than the fast food variety. Plus a delicious yogurt-sour cream sauce to really take them to the next level.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cut the potatoes into roughly 1/2″ thick fries and place them on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic powder Toss to combine.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your fries.
While the fries are baking make the sauce. Mix the yogurt and sour cream together, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
When done remove the pan from the oven and set it on a rack. Allow the fries to cool for a few minutes and serve with the sauce on the side.
