Easy appetizer pizza with cream cheese and fresh vegetables – crowd-pleaser
Crust:
Spread 2 pkgs crescent roll dough flat on cookie sheet, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 until light golden brown – about 8 – 10 minutes.
Spread:
Beat 1 package of cream cheese, 1 cup of Miracle Whip, 1 package Knorr fine herb soup mix, spread on cooled crust.
Topping:
Top with chopped vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, grated carrots, red pepper, whatever you prefer) and sprinkle with chopped bacon
Cut into 2″ squares and serve.
