Description
Milky mozzarella, plump tomatoes, fragrant basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 3 Vine Ripe Tomatoes, Cut Into 1/4-inch Thick Slices
- 1 pound Fresh Mozzarella (cut Into 1/4 Inch Thick Slices)
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation
Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding basil leaves in between layers. Drizzle the top of the salad with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper (quanto basta!). Enjoy!
