French fries tossed with herbs and Parmesan cheese, and baked to a golden perfection.
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Place cut potatos on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Toss to evenly coat potatoes. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese evenly over potatoes.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over fries and bake 5 minutes more.
