These are wonderful on taco salad, tacos, burritos, or any Mexican food. They add a little crunch and more flavor. They’re just good as a snack, too!
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together (except oil and jalapenos) to make the batter. Then in a deep fryer or large pot, heat oil to 265 degrees.
Dip the sliced jalapenos in the batter. Place battered jalapenos in the deep fryer.
The jalapenos are fully cooked when they float to the surface of the oil. They should be golden brown and crispy.

Haven’t tried these yet—but I will soon after a trip to Reb Robin and had their burger with these up on top!
