This is an old recipe that I have made for years. It is very rich but the perfect thing to do with those garden fresh tomatoes.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Dredge peeled, sliced tomatoes in 2 T of flour. Brown lightly in butter.
Combine 1 T of flour, sour cream, cottage cheese, Worcestershire sauce, basil, parsley, 3 beaten eggs, salt and green onion.
Arrange 1/2 of the cheese slices on the bottom of the pie crust.
Spoon in 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture.
Cover with 1/2 the tomato slices.
Cover with the rest of the cottage cheese mixture topping with the rest of the tomato slices.
Cover with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees until set. Cool and eat! Yummy.

I can’t give it a review, b/c I think I messed up somehow. It did seem like it might need one less egg, but I want to try this again b/c it did have a good flavor,
