I know this looks like a recipe for a myocardial event, but once you taste it, you won’t care because if it kills you, you’ll die happy.
Fry up the bacon until done, making sure it doesn’t get too crispy. Let cool, then chop up into small pieces. Put into a bowl, add shredded cheese, chopped green onion and mayonnaise and mix well. Serve with celery sticks for a low-carb snack, or with tortilla chips or crackers if you really want to cut loose.
