Bacon Ranch Potatoes

Description
Crispy potatoes with bacon bits and ranch dressing.
Ingredients
- 4 whole Potatoes, Sliced Into Thin Circles
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Bacon Bits
- 4 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place potatoes on baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning. Cook for 20 minutes.
Mix bacon and ranch together and drizzle on top (or dip if you have a family of dippers like I do).

We make these when we go camping only we leave out the bacon and put the potatoes in foil packets and cook them over the fire. It is an easy and tasty recipe, thanks for sharing!
