Great snacks! Spicy sweet flavor that’s addicting.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. On a foil-lined sheet pan, add nuts, butter and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Bake for 3-5 minutes until you can just start to smell them roasting.
While the nuts are in the oven, stir together the Sriracha and honey. Pour the mix over the nuts and toss on the cookie sheet. Bake another 7-10 minutes until the nuts are browned and the sauce has coated everything and become dry.
Break apart and toss with remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Keep in an airtight container for a couple of weeks.
