Description

Whether you use homemade caramel corn or store bought, this tantalizing dressed up version will have your family and friends begging for more.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Caramel Corn (store Bought Or Homemade)
  • 4 ounces, weight White Chocolate, Melted
  • 4 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate, Melted

Preparation

Spread caramel corn in a single layer on a large sheet pan. In a microwave safe bowl, gently melt the white chocolate (heat it for 30 seconds at a time and stir between each additional 30 second increment). Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn. In another microwave safe bowl, gently melt the dark chocolate as instructed above. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn. Allow the melted chocolate to set before serving. Have plenty of napkins on hand!
