This jelly will bring with it a whiff of the olden days!
Boil corn cobs in water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. If needed, add enough water to make 6 cups of liquid. Add Sure-Jel and bring to a full boil. Add sugar and boil for 2 or 3 minutes until it reaches jelly stage.

Is there a few steps missing to this recipe? After the corn is cooked do you remove it from the cob? what else do you do before you add the SureJel?
